Win7 DNS Setup Issue?

Question

I've created a Build and Capture sequence for Win7 (top tip: don't include a CD key if you're doing Enterprise, it fails miserably!!). It works great up to the point that Win7 starts up and attempts to contact the SCCM server to save the image. From looking in the logs it appears to be failing to resolve any hostnames - if I bring up a command prompt, I can't ping anything by name, despite the fact that DHCP has worked and DNS IPs are set and correct!

NSLookup attempts to use 127.0.0.1 for DNS, which seems suspicious for a start. Changing it manually to our internal DNS makes resolving work fine for NSLookup.

Has anyone seen this? On the same hardware everything works beautifully with XP..
