Problems installing Firefox per instructions

Question

Please see the error message below that I receive when trying to install Firefox per the instructions. This is a test environment of SCCM R1 running on a Windows 2003 Server and SQL 2008. Should I increase the timeout time? I was thinking 2 hours would be enough to download and install Firefox.

The program for advertisement "OPI20002" ("OPI00003" - "Firefox 3.5.7") exceeded the maximum allowed run time of 120 minute(s). Systems Management Server (SMS) has stopped monitoring the program, and is unable to determine the status of the program. SMS will not automatically attempt to run this program again.

Possible causes: The program might have taken longer to run than expected, or the program might have experienced problems while running.

Possible solution: Make sure the maximum allowed run time specified for the program allows enough time for the program to finish running. If the program requires user input, ensure the program properties allow the user to interact with the program.

I checked my firewall settings again and it was set to Off. I checked the Windows Firewall service and it was still running. Leave it to Microsoft, you think you turned something off...but you didn't. I stopped the service and disabled it. I just created a new advertisement for Firefox. I will let you know what happens.
