Unable to boot Dell 5590 after SCCM build success

Hi all, hope you can assist me with this issue I have been racking my brains on.

I have a task sequence (not MDT) that works on most laptops but just not on the dell. I have an inclination it is to do with the the BIOS/UEFI.

The task sequence completes successfully however after the last reboot i get no bootable device found. In BIOS i cannot see a hard disk either.

 

Has anyone had any experience with these dells?

EDIT: Sorry forgot to mention it is a windows 10 build.
