Bitlocker Portal Error


Hi, I am stuck with the bitlocker portal issue for almost a month now.

I am helping my client to encrypt their new Windows 11 Pro machine using bitlocker encryption. I have manage to run the bitlocker using task sequence and machine has successfully encrypted. The issue lies when I wanted to test the bitlocker portal (MBAM), on the helpdesk portal whenever the admin trying to log in the permission error is always appearing although the user has the syadmin right. For the selfservice portal, when I wanted to get the recovery key, the error always comes with "Invalid ID" although I managed to get the recovery key ID from the AD server.

Can you help me I am at loss now

ok in your original screenshots the recovery id you entered doesn't match the one shown with manage-bde -protectors -get c:, so are you sure you are testing this correctly ?
