Urgent Help - Trying to copy non existent package

All of my sites are trying to copy a package that has been deleted. I've tried to remove it from the despoolr.box directory on the servers but it keeps coming back. I think it is screwing up some of my other package distributions. How do I get rid of the package for good?

I am having a similar issue, did you find a solution for this problem? If so would you mind sharing what you did to resolve this?

I did fix it but don't remember how. I think I may have ended up rebuilding my secondary sites.
