[PXE-E53 "No boot filename received"]

I'm having this issue as well.

 

I have created a remote DP and in the CM console it shows the DP has the boot images. When trying to boot pxe I get the same error, TFTP, no file found.

 

Anyone have a fix for this? I'd rather keep PXE on my remote DP instead of my primary site box.

[problem with DHCP]

I'm getting this error now as well and can't find anything in the event logs as to why this would happen. My SCCM 2012 computer account is a member of the DHCP Users group and I can verify in the security section of the DHCP server's event logs that it has a success audit entry when connecting.

Thanks, that was my thinking as well. Our box is Virtual but I want PXE and content to be on a physical distribution point.

In going through my installation we would like to only utilize an off box Distribution Point.

Is there a way to either disable the on box one or only publish to the off box one?
