Any idea on the impact to all the systems on the network (running endpoint from Config Mgr) if the Primary StandAlone Config Mgr Server needs OS wiped and reloaded?

I need to uninstall SCCM and all components and start fresh, however Endpoint is running on all PC's in our network. Will removing Configuration Manager have any major impact on these system after Config. manager is uninstalled and/or when it is reinstalled?
