Does anyone know the answer?

I'm aware that a Distribution Point can not be used as a software update location (Too bad - stuck with WSUS for now), but can it be used to stage Forefront definition updates for systems in that site? I want to utilize Forefront for security but don't want the systems in remote sites to pull down the definition updates over the WAN.

Is it possible to use a Distribution Point in a location where clients in remote locations can download the Forefront Definition Updates or is this only provided with Secondary Sites?

When determining whether to use a Secondary Site or Distribution Point some of the determining factors are; - # of users - Bandwidth We currently fall well short of the number of users but, what determines low bandwidth? We have different bandwidths between sites ranging from 3mbps to 10mbps. Is that grounds for a Secondary Site?
