Dear sir, I also want the same thing, currently i have laptop pavalion g4 :- win 7 x64, 700gb hdd , 8 gb ram . last year i made sccm 2007 environment on same laptop with vmware workstation 11 with follwoing configurations, vm1 ..... win ser 2k8 r2 ......AD,DNS,DHCP ......... 1gb ram vm2.......win ser 2k8 r2...... sccm 2k7,sql 2k8........3 gb ram vm3.......win 7 _x86............ client .........................1 gb ram vm4 ......win 7 _x86.............client...........................1 gb ram But now i want to create sccm 2012 environment for learning purpose , so i need to know what is the best method for creating vm's on vmworkstation installed on my laptop HOST os win 7_x64 or will i create these vm's on hyper v with host OS windows 8. Again i need to create vm's for sccm 2012 like , (AD,DNS,DHCP) , (SCCM 2012,SQL 2008) ect Tell me the best method , so that i can allocate more RAM to server vm's & client vm's . I have total 8 gb ram. near about 2gb is consumed by HOST OS . left is 6 gb ram which i have to use for vm's. kindly help me in it .

  5. Dear Aaron, i need the setup or iso file of SMS 2003 sp1 , is there any location from where we can download it . Actually i want to learn from basics , i have setup of sccm 2007, and sccm 2012 , but issue is this that i am very confused about insttalation ,working, concept of all these, so i want to start from initial stage Regards Dinesh

    Yes i have the same issue while installing sms2003 sp2 , the primary site option is greyout. Is there any solution for it
  8. I have downloaded evaluation copy of sms2003 ,but it does'nt start from primary site , it starts from secondary site.
