Some applications not copying to second DP (SCCM 2012 SP1)

I have the same problem. All the DPs stopped working all of a sudden. The status message is Waiting for Content or Content is being redistributed to the distribution point. I installed SP1 long time ago but only have the issue happening in the last couple of weeks. Pull DP is not turned on in any of the DPs. I have installed the hotfix on the CAS and PS(also a DP) without any luck. Any help? Thanks Mahesh
