hello, recently I saw a weird phenomenon- sometimes when a user logs on, some applications from the software center are installed without the user requesting them. (these applications are set to "available" and not "required") I would be grateful for any info that will allow me to troubleshoot this error, because i couldn't find anything on the internet....

hello, i can't seem to be able to uninstall PDFcreator correctly. the uninstall completes succesfully but it says it was unsuccessful. relevent snippet follows: any help would be appreciated.
