Hey! I'm new in SCCM and I'm trying the remote control function. is there any way that more than one user will remote control a computer? I haven't find any way to do it... We can do it with CA ITCM and we found it very useful while the Help-desk need some help from tire 2 engineers... What are you doing about this issue at your company? Thanks... Yirmi.

Hello All! I'm cheking SCCM2012 for my company, while right now we are using CA ITCM. Some guy in my company have allready installed a Primary Site but we need more Primary Sites so i want to install a CAS. I've followed the guide here and it's very good, but I have some problems that i just cant solve. After the prerequisite, the installation cannot continue due to this issues: Unsupported site system role: "Endpoint Protection Point" Unsupported site system role: "Asset Intelligence Synchronization Point" Active migration mappings But (!!!) I cant find them in my only one primary site.... I've also searched with the option "Servers With Roles..." at the "Servers and Site System Roles" section but couldn't find any server...
