Software Updates Problem - Test Client Not Detecting & Installing Updates

Hello All, I'm having the same issue with the confusing log saying: "<![LOG[update status from update (fe9dea46-5036-4957-8941-7a23511cbaca) already exists, will modify existing instance.]LOG]!>" which results in getting the famous "Client check passed/Active" state when I check my Deployment status in Monitoring from ConfigMgr console. I've tried running Software Update Scan Cycle from Configuration Manager settings in Control Panel, but every time I get this weird log in my UpdateStore.log. Any help would be appreciated.
