  1. Hi, the workaround is also describe in the blogpost you have posted. See below in the post.
  2. Yes, with local administrator permissions
  3. Anyweb, Thanks to your "how to" is Multicast working. The problem was indeed the Beta version. I have another strange problem. Aslo with this problem I don't get any hits on Google. Unfortunately, it didn't solved after the installation of SP2 RTM. I get this problem if I want to view the alert messages, under System Status or Status of Advertisements. "Could not find the ConfigMgr UI Installation Directory" The registry key "UI Installation Directory" in registry is empty. I have edit the key with the correct path. Also with this solution I get the same warning. The path is the Admin directory in the installation directory of SCCM (C:\program files\System Center Configuration Manager) These rows came from a log in the AdminUI folder, SMSAdminUI.log. [3][11-11-2009 14:51:20] :System.NotSupportedException\r\nCould not find the ConfigMgr UI installation directory\r\n at Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.AdminConsole.Common.UtilityClass.ReadSmsBinDirectory() at Microsoft.ConfigurationManagement.AdminConsole.SystemStatus.SystemStatusMenuActions.LaunchStatusMessageViewer(ScopeNode scopeNodeBase, String arguments)\r\n Thanks.. Albert
  4. It's a Windows 7 image. The file is +- 2 GB big. The specs of the server is: Windows 2008 R2 SCCM 2007 R2 with beta SP2 (Next week I'll install the RTM version)
