SSD software install failures

So I am testing SSD drives with SCCM 1702 and have noticed that installing software like MS Office16 is failing even though the same package works correctly with a regular HDD. Is there a different package I need to use or a new way I need to create the install package for an SSD?

Are you using Win7 or Win10? I had this issue with some of the M.2 drives on Windows 7.  It had to do with the timing out when injecting the driver for the M.2 disk.  Are you using M.2 or standard SSD?
