Create a bootable USB and try and install the wim on a client...There is lots of info on the web how to achieve this pretty quickly!!

By loading it in i guess you mean create an OS image package?

How did you create your wim file?

Is it a standard install.wim from the media or is it a custom wim?

If it is not a huge size and can fit on to a DVD then i would suggest simply get the appropriate windows 7 media i:e Enterprise, pro etc... and simply copy your suspected corrupt wim into the sources folder and replace the original and boot from this.....make sure that it is named install.wim otherwise it will not work
