What can the reason be ? this happen when we implemented a new SCCM 2007 Hierarchy.

We set the Site code via GPO

We have AD Site and IP subnet boundary

we have a total of 3 servers. 1 master (CSM) and 2 sites( CMA and CMB) . all running

w2k8R2 sp1

tried to uninstall the client manually but when i try to install it i get the same error..

ill provide more info if needed :)!

Hi,

The client cannot find a boundary from the AD that it is assigned to and if you run ccmsetup.exe without any switches the computer must be within a boundary. Assigning the Site Code via GPo only works when installing the ccmsetup.msi using a group policy.

Jörgen

Hi, i run with these command lines "c:\windows\system32\ccmsetup\ccmsetup.exe /mp:adm14 /forcereboot"

Now it installs the CCM agent BUT, it doesn't update in the config manager that the computer has a agent installed.

Any other ideas to things i can try ?
