DP failure

I am unable to push a package to a DP. Pls suggest.

The distmgr.log is as below:

is this Configuration Manager 2012 SP1 or RTM ? did it ever work ?

This is Configuration Manager 2012 RTM. It was working fine earlier.

have any permissions changed on that server to cause the network path to be 'not found' ?

Not that we are aware of, same set of accounts are used, and telnet seems to be working fine. Two way name resolution is working fine between DP ad site server.

have either of the servers been rebooted recently or had any antivirus software installed or gpo changes made that could exclude the DP share from being accessed ?
