Hi, The unsuccessful PXE boot is an Unknown machine, do you have a TS deployed to the Unknown Computers Collection? -

If you're running this on a server, delete the following file; C:\Program Files\Microsoft Deployment Toolkit\Templates\Distribution\Scripts\Autorun.inf and try again. -
If you're running this on a server you may be having an issue with the Autorun.inf file in; C:\Program Files\Microsoft Deployment Toolkit\Templates\Distribution\Scripts, or wherever you installed MDT 2012. Remove the file and try again.
