  1. Here is the problem. Niall says: I cannot continue because the resource does not appear in the collection: Any idea on that?
  2. Hello, First, 10^n thanks to anyweb for the wonderful SCCM 2012 articles. About my problem: I have imported a computer using the Import Computer Information Wizard. The computer is a VMWare computer [not installed anything yet, will try build and capture]. The name I have chosen is WIN7ENTx86. I have a collection named "Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit Computers." During the wizard I have copied and pasted the MAC address and defined the collection as "Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit Computers." The wizard completed successfully. However, WIN7ENTx86 does not appear under the "Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit Computers" collection. I tried Add Selected Items -> Add selected items to existing device collection, I tried "Add Resources" from the ribbon menu but no matter what I do, WIN7ENTx86 does not move under the collection. Any ideas? Thank you.
  3. [EDIT]: Solved the problem. It was my mistake: I mistakenly clicked on the site server which did not have the SQL Server Reporting Services installed. Sorry for wasting everybody's time. I cannot agree. I'm running SQL Server 2008 R2 [on a separate DB server, not on SCCM 2012 server], the version is 10.51.2796.0, and having the same problem: no instance name while installing reporting services role. SQL Server 2008 R2 with SP1 is a supported configuration.Reporting Services is running without problems: In this configuration, it is not possible to install CU 6, because the updates/hotfixes are already embedded in the SP. Running CU 6 on my setup ceases with "nothing to update" error. Any ideas where the problem may be?
