Did you ever find a solution for this? I'd like to know if it's possible too...I know you can do an netsh for the profile and import it that way through gpo and a script...but I've had some folks asking this too. Before I tackle it, I wouldn't want to reinvent the wheel

It's more likely that the machine and user has not updated in CFGMGR...if you run the user policy retrieval & Evaluation Cycle, it will install as expected. -ed
