  1. +1 I'm experiencing the same issue..
  2. I've had similar issue. Adding LOCAL SERVICE with Full Control to the store fixes it for me, but every 24 hours SCCM resets the permissions.
  3. I took this script and customized it to my environment. I changed it so that it will use the computer name of the computer it is running from as computer a, so the user only has to enter the destination computer. I also added an exit button. I do have one problem though. The computer association gets created in SCCM, and the data is backed up to the SMP just fine. But, in the migrationstatus.xml that gets created, it has the same GUID for the source and destination computer, even though the SCCM console shows a computer association created with the correct source and destination computer names.. This causes the 'Request State Store' step on the data restore task sequence to fail. If I manually change the guid in the xml file to the correct guid of the destination computer, it completes perfectly..
  4. Dropbox isn't picked up by WMI which is why it doesn't show up in your query. Although it shows in Add/Remove, it isn't actually installed like most other applications. It runs from the users AppData folder. You'll likely need to write a query to search recursively through all users for Appdata\Roaming\Dropbox\Bin. Your other option would be to search for a specific registry key.
  5. Bump.. I'm using FDE 80.40 and using the steps outlined above I'm unable to complete STEP # 8. I can do everything except when I go to reinstall the I get an error in the logs: MSI (s) (58!38) [08:42:22:051]: Product: Check Point Endpoint Security -- Error 27107.Driver already running, maybe an old installation exists. The FDE driver is already installed and running. Error 27107.Driver already running, maybe an old installation exists. The FDE driver is already installed and running. MSI (s) (58!38) [08:42:22:051]: Product: Check Point Endpoint Security -- Error 27568.Full Disk Encryption verify pre-install requirements failed
  6. I am able to complete steps 1-7 successfully. I can't however install the checkpoint client. The msi logs indicate that Checkpoint won't install because the driver is already running. The lines in the msi log are: MSI (s) (58!38) [08:42:22:051]: Product: Check Point Endpoint Security -- Error 27107.Driver already running, maybe an old installation exists. The FDE driver is already installed and running. Error 27107.Driver already running, maybe an old installation exists. The FDE driver is already installed and running.
