  1. the updates is running out of maintainance window, try deploying the updates with option download updates asap and install updates asap. Remember to delete the data store contents and download folder contents under software distribution folder, run machine policy evaluation and software evaluation cycle.
  2. It worked for me after doing these steps try repairing the .Net Framework that has been installed, re-install the client again, check if all actions are showing in config manager, reboot and again deploy the software update
