Only Capture Task Sequence (special for anyweb)

Recommended Posts

Hello, anyweb!

As I can see most of question about SCCM is about How to capture an Windows Vista SP 2 image (Golden Image).

Could you please write a good manual (like all others) how to create an ONLY CAPTURE Windws Vista image.

Big thank and respect to you, man!

hi Peter,

to be honest all you have to do is start a build and capture task sequence (exactly like the one for Deploy Vista), then once you've made the task sequence, simply disable the entire build section (or delete it) like this screenshot of a capture TS for XP

capture_xp.jpg

and advertise the TS to a capture collection

capture_collection.jpg

then add a computer or computers to that collection and the capture task sequence will be advertised to them :)

easy
