Recommended Posts

Hello All,

i wasn't know that or i never checked that my Reporting Service is not working.

this morning when i try to check SCCM Console , that Report i found is "No Items Found"

i checked in "C:\Program Files\SMS_SRSRP\Reports" all the reports are listed here.

and Permission on this folder was in "Full Permission "

please advice, how to fix it.

Thank you

If off I never recommend that you access the reports via the console. Too much over head. http://be.enhansoft.com/post/2013/09/10/Should-Configuration-Manager-SSRS-or-ASP-Reports-be-Accessed-from-the-Browser-or-the-Console.aspx

It sound like you have a permission problem and honestly I wouldn't worry to much about it, unless you have too. Why do you care about accessing the reports via the console?

you are right, but i have 3 separate Server setup for 3 Different sites. i need to Connect all of them more often.

i can remote into it to get reports. but i was wondering why i am not able to get reports trough console?

i can do everything else. why not this one.

Thank you

What do you mean 3 different sites? 1 Primary and 2 secondary sites? 3 primary sites? 1 CAS - 2 Primary sites? (Why would you have a CAS??? Do you have over 100K of PCs?)

So No CAS, right?

Does all three primary site behave the same way?

Are all 3 primary servers exactly the same with CM12 R2?

Is your C:\ running out of space?

Is SQL consuming all the RAM?

What is you Disk IO like?

What is Memory like? aka are you paging a lot?

No,

i have 1 Domain, 3 sites, 3 sub nets

3 servers, 3 SCCM 2012 SP1 , 3 SQL in 3 Data center.

Memory 12Gb

4 Processors

and in C drive 500 GB empty space left.

so no chance for running out of space.

I assume your "no" it is my first question, if so when how are they different?

and what about my other question like Disk IO and Memory? What about SQL and RAM?

I am having a similar issue, my hierarchy is the following: I have a DC, SQL and SCCM (3 servers in total).

I installed the Reporting Service Point in the SQL server. When I tried to see the default reports on the console it says no items found. This is the strange part of the issue... if I go to the SQL server and go to https://sqlserver/reportsI am able to see the configmgr folder, run the reports, and all the permissions are set correctly, but if I go to the SCCM server and try to browse for https://sqlserver/Reports it gives the not available page error.

Any idea what could it be?

OK I just solved this... In my case I was able to navigate to http://sqlserver/reportsfrom the SQL server but not from the SCCM server.

I checked the SQL server Firewall settings and noticed that on the inbound rules I had 1433 and 4022 opened. I added port 80 and that solved the problem.

Now I am able to navigate to http://sqlservername/Reportsfrom my SCCM server and all default reports are showing in the console.

I hope this helps someone having the same issue since I burnt my brain out last week looking for this simple thing... LOL

Thanks,
