Double checked already 2 weeks ago, if that update was installed - it isn't. It also fixes only the failed check for the content location on a distribution point. Not any fixed policy errors mentioned. But thanks for the contribution. Any other suggestions? -

Some news: When I start the same task sequence, which fails while in PXE Boot, via the Software Center on a Windows 7 Client. The OS Deploy and Capture task sequence starts, reboots client into pxe, goes on and finishes correctly. I attached the log. I didn't find any Policy checks in there. Are they checked before the client boots into PXE or not being checked at all? Gotta have a look into TSAgent log before reboot... I also tested creating a totally simple custom task sequence with only on command line "pause" in it. Started it in PXE mode and it also fails with policy er -
