I am having these 2 error message , I also attached the Bgbsetup file to tell me how to fix it


Site Component Manager failed to install this component, because the Microsoft Installer File for this component (srsrp.msi) could not install.

what version of configmgr is it ? and do you use 3rd party antivirus ?

can you uninstall the antivirus software, reboot the server and try again, or if you cannot uninstall it, create exclusions for SMS related files and folders

Thanks , I read the document but can't find the steps from where to exclude and what to exclude , sorry for the trouble , can you help me on that?

sorry made a mistake there was no antivirus installed and the firewall was turned off , can you please tell me what should i do as this won't work

warnings are just that, warnings. They are not errors. It looks ok to me...if you look at the actual status of the individual components that have warnings, how do they look ?

still my manager wants to remove these warring and by the way they sometimes they ruen RED , so they must be fixed anyway

This error message has to be removed and turn into green , system health it’s a compliance request to be done. Can you please help to turn it into health states

and did you review the ssrsrp msi logs to see why it failed?
