  1. You create it the same way you created the one above. How exactly did you great that one?
  2. Simple, use multiple sub-select queries.
  3. Keep in mind that I work for Enhansoft. HP keep change their setup, From. what I understand they are trying to get everyone to use their tool (paid service) or a partner tool like our Warranty Information Reporting Tool. It has been a while since I tested any of the freebee scripts but If you dig around you might be able to find one that work for some of the HP computers. Most of the scripts that I have seen are long out of date.
  4. How much $$s are you planning of spending? What exactly are you looking for(provide an example)? Why does it need to integrate with CM12 AI?
  5. I would turn OFF SW inventory, as it is useless and a huge pain. If you insist on keep it, then make it occur every 21-30 days. See fi that help, if it doesn't then there isn't much you can do but roll up your sleeves and start digging.
  6. I can't tell you which log file to look at until you narrow which item is causing the issue. Why do you think it is CM12? Why is it not WSUS or AV scanning? What is you SW inv agent scan cycle set to? How many server do you have now? So 30 out of x?
  7. It is time for you to call MS Support. There isn't much more that I can do to help.
  8. This is more of an AD question that and CM12 question. I would ask in a AD forum.
  9. You will need to review the log file to know what is going on when the page file is filling up. But I can say I have never see or heard of this issue before. You can also try and replicate the issue by finding a computer that is not having the issue and then triggering each action item until the issue occurs. Remember to leave at least ~30 minutes between each item. If I has to guess I would say it was SW inv or SU scan.
  10. Why don't you use the report entitled. "Computers with specific software registered in Add Remove Programs"
  11. That make sense, but why not start with it? Then you can built on that.
  12. Do you have any Windows Embedded devices?
  13. Look at the built-in report for this and filter out all but the Windows 7 and Window xp
  14. Post of screenshot of you Client version on the client itself and within the CM12 console.
  15. I'm not sure why you are looking at the different place within the computer properties windows. As it doesn't list the discovery and inventory data/times. However at the bottom of that screenshot, you can see the both Heartbeat and Hardware inventory have been updated on June 12 2015.
  16. That query looks fine. But keep in mind that it will only work on the x86 version of "GlobalProtect".
  17. I'm confused. Did CM12 work before or not? if so what changed? A Site reset will allow you to change the db location.
  18. It is generally recommend that you install SQL on CM12 site server itself. So why do you want it remote from CM12?
  19. Since you didn’t say, I can only assume that HW inventory and Heartbeat discovery are not listed within the device properties, right???
  20. CM07 will only report what is within the database, if there are issue within in the database on what is on the client you need to dig into the problem. The simplest solution is to force a Full hardware inventory cycle on all client. Here are some blob post to review. http://www.enhansoft.com/?s=force+hardware&post_Ptype=post
  21. The simplest way is to use the Software Update report within CM12. You can get a list of everyone who is missing that SU.
  22. It will only retry if you set a new deadline. 1603 is a generic error code that basically say review the MSI log file. MSI log files are not created by default.
  23. The issue is your detection rule is wrong. fix your detection rule and everything will be good.
  24. Use the built-in reports to get this information.
  25. There is no need to post duplicate posts. Error 5 = Access Denied.
