PXE had been working, installed update today for the latest hotfix regarding KB4016483. After this update, PXE is no longer working and gives a BCD error when trying to boot.  Hopefully someone has an answer for this as it is getting frustrating.   The Windows Boot Configuration Data (BCD) file from the PXE Server does not contain a valid operating System entry. Over the past week or so I've had a ton of clients start showing up as inactive and I'm not too sure whats going on.  I can see from the local agent logs that the machines seem to request policy updates but, never actually check in. Does anyone have any ideas on where to start troubleshooting?  I'm running a fully patched CB 1610.  

Current config: Server 2012r2, SCCM CB 1610, SQL 2016 Std. When I was running SCCM 2012r2, statistics for software updates showed for all updates. Now that I've migrated to current branch, I've yet to see any statistics for any of the updates.
