Collections not populating some column data
By teamfox201,
Not sure if this is a bug in SCCM 1802 or if it is a new "feature" but I am seeing it in the production environment and also my lab. Anyone else notice this and any idea what may be going on?
When looking at the "Devices" collection, all the columns for Primary User(s) , Last Logged on User, and Last Logon Timestamp show data correctly.
When I create a new collection, for example a Windows 10 Workstations and add Primary User(s) , Last Logged on User, and Last Logon Time
Meltdown/Spectre Application
By JBC,
Has anyone developed an application that will run the Get-SpeculationControl script from Microsoft and return useful results? I have a few ideas on how to do it.
I want to develop a script that checks if the computer is compliant and write a registry key which I can check for success/failure.
I am not sure how to design this since I would have to install the module on each computer as part of the application. 30% of my computers are offline most of the time which is why I want to do th

Distribution Point Issues
By gbrown135,
We have a large environment with 1 CAS, 4 Primaries, 16 MP's and over 700 DP's.
We build our DP's in a build centre and then ship them to site to alleviate the WAN bandwith of building a DP across the WAN.
Say we have buit several DP's a while ago. These have been switched off in shipping and can be for months at a time. In this time when they were off we have upgraded our environment from SCCM 2012 to SCCM 1702. We the have brought our DP's online a few months after the upgrade and n
Computer Restart Policy Settings Ignored?
By pvr02,
I am currently working on creating an application to force restarts based off the scripts here (https://mickitblog.blogspot.com/2016/02/laptop-mandatory-reboot-management.html). The issue I am running into is that I have updated the Default Settings policy so the "Computer Restart" tab is set to the following "Display a temporary notification to the user" = 240 and "Display a dialog box that the user cannot close" = 120.
When the app runs and requests an reboot I get the notification for 9
Software Update History
By A.Kassem,
We replaced our WSUS server and used SCCM Software Update point instead . All updates are working fine except for update history on clients on Windows 7 clients update history completely appear but it appears in machine system locale "Arabic" which is weird because we choose only English in all updates in Software update point language settings and this behavior wasn't occurring with WSUS server before converting to use SCCM SUP.Windows 10 clients update history doesn't completely appear or some
