Several months ago, we moved from SCCM 2012 to current branch (on 1710 now). During that move, I was also asked to migrate the server from one host to another with a new server name (old one was just "SCCM", new one is "WCSSCCMS01") along with a new IP address. I did a fresh install of Wind
How Do I Change Using PowerShell the Default Client Settings Hardware Inventory Schedule?
By MikhailCompo,
I need a command line that can be run on a number of SCCM environments that changes the HW Inventory Schedule from 7 days to 1 day (Default Client Settings). This cannot be done manually (dont ask!).
Get-CMClientSetting -Setting HardwareInventory
Using the docs.microsoft.com pages below, I have established using Get-CMClientSetting that my current 7 day schedule the value is 000120000010038. After manually changing the schedule to 1 day, that value changes to 000120000010008

Hardware Requirements
By zoetaite,
Hello,
We are just starting down the path of SCCM and building out a DEV environment. Will install 1702 then upgrade to 1710 and then possibly 1802. Looking at the Hardware and Server requirements wondering if anyone could shed any light into their builds. There are a number of posts out there talking about the (2) different install scenarios. Do more people install SQL locally on the Primary site server or do they install it on a remote server - which could be beneficially if you're lookin
ADR Uninstalling Kodak Scanner Driver
By That1Dude1,
As someone who is installing his first SCCM solution, I hope this is something easy.
I believe that SCCM is deleting kodak scanner drivers from our Windows 10 LTSB 2016 clients, however I don't believe I have any drivers set to update within SCCM.
I currently have our Windows 10 ADR set to run on the 2nd Friday of each month and SCEP / Defender updates running each morning @ 1:00am. (Users report seeing the Config Manager Taskbar notification on occasion throughout the month though)
