Run Elevated Command Prompt during OSD

    Kops
    By Kops,
I would like to add a step to my task sequence to copy a couple of files from the SCCM distribution point to the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories folder. Taking a FULL offline image of a reference machine, including existing drivers / programs etc

    jonrowe81
    By jonrowe81,
Is there a way to take a full complete image for an offline kit that grabs all drivers/programs/everything where I could boot off a USB jump drive and copy the reference image byte for byte over to another identical machine? Example, we just bought 200 Lenovo Yoga 12 Tablets, all wireless (no ethernet) and I need to make a reference image to copy. It shouldn't be this hard, but i'm running into a lot of issues. If you can recommend a way to make a full reference image, i'm all ears. I k

SMP Site Component Fails to Install

    sponz
    By sponz,
I have a new SCCM 1602 server. I created another server, 2012 R2 server and had it install the SMP point. It starts the install process, drops all the files on the proper drive. However, it comes back and fails saying On 07/11/16 23:22:30, component SMS_SITE_COMPONENT_MANAGER on computer server.domain.COM reported: Site Component Manager failed to install this component on this site system.
